Some liquid chemicals items are known to congeal in shipping during winter months and may partially freeze. The chemicals are not affected by freezing and will return to normal appearance upon gentle heating in a water bath with the lid of to vent.

Suppositories falling apart? One common reason suppositories fall apart is dramatic temperature swings during the cooling process. For best results, allow suppositories to cool completely and solidify at room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator.
